I’ve won the lottery!
Probably something we all wish we could scream from the rooftops one day but alas, the kaching of millions into my bank account isn’t happening any time soon (well, that I’m aware of.)
Let me put it to you this way – there’s remote working and then there’s remote working with Pop Education. And that’s the lottery that I have won!
So many companies were thrust into an online, remote environment overnight in 2020. The struggles were real, but for Pop – it was just the norm. The Pop Education team is spread out geographically and has operated with a remote workforce since day dot – we know how to make it work.
The flexibility that remote working offers is so very much needed in this day and age (hello school hours are not 9-5!) and to be able to work when you are at your best – well, quite simply it’s just awesome.
What’s that I hear you say? Working remotely will never replace the connection from working in an office. Um, actually yes it does – because I have never felt more connected within the first few weeks of a new job than I did with Pop.
With a career spanning close to 20 years in education and training (Really, that long?) I love that I have found a tribe that supports you to be your best self – and when we feel this way, we do our best work.
And for our clients? It’s not just the same rhetoric with Pop – we live in an online world every day – so we know what success looks like and we adapt these same principles for our clients.
Yes, Pop is an expert in education and training, and I love that I learn from the best in the industry every day, but the fact that they support a flexible, remote workforce that allows me to work the best way for me – that’s the real lottery win!
