Payments

All payments for anything advertised on this website as a service or product provided by Pop Education are to be made in Australian Dollars. All AUD advertised pricing includes GST.

Refunds are a privilege not a right and will be treated as such. Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and when genuine value has not been received or isn’t able to be received, refunds will be granted at the discretion of the Pop Education team.

Payments made by credit card will be automatically processed on the monthly due date.  If the credit card bounces for any reason, attempts to charge will be made in the following days/weeks.  If the card continues to bounce or rejects the payment, or if a charge-back is claimed by the client or their bank, the matter will be handled internally with written notice or transferred to a debt collection agency and reported to VEDA if there continues to be a failure to pay.

Invoices for any Pop Education service are automatically generated and can be requested at any time by emailing support@popeducation.com.au

Online webinars

Webinars are to be paid for in full before you are provided access. You are not permitted to share access to any webinars or recordings of those webinars to any other person who has not paid and been registered through the Pop Education site. If you are found to be breaching this term, your webinar access and access to those you have shared with may be terminated without notice.

Live webinars

Live webinar registrations are not refundable but are transferable to other persons via written notice to support@popeducation.com.au up to 48 hours prior to the event. Preparation materials sent prior to the live webinar will not be able to be sent out to the new attendee and it is the responsibility of the transferee to brief the new attendee of the day’s preparation.

No-shows to the Live webinars will not be refunded after the event however they will be sent a link to the recording of the session within 24 hours.

Membership

You are required to provide 30 day written notice for cancellation of membership to support@popeducation.com.au;

Refunds are not guaranteed for Membership payments due to change of mind.

We ask you to treat others with respect and kindness in the Private Pop Education Facebook Groups.  Any divisive or un-toward posts or behaviours will be deleted and we reserve all rights to remove offending members from the Pop Education Facebook group without refund as a result of divisive comments or actions;

The Pop Education Facebook group is not to be used a as a portal for self- or business-promotion and failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a written warning or removal from the group.  This includes the harvesting of members both publicly and privately to recruit to other communities, products or services;

You are not permitted to copy, print, distribute or promote the content within Pop Education Portal without prior written approval;

Legal action will be taken against offending parties relating to these terms of Pop Education.

Consultancy and tailored services

When you employ our services under our consultancy and tailored services terms, you will be invoiced after the activity and you will have 30 days to make payment. Failure to make payment by the due date will see the matter be handled internally with written notice or transferred to a debt collection agency and reported to VEDA if there continues to be a failure to pay.

Pop Education reserves the right to charge varied consultation fees based on the nature of the activity required and the organisation or party that has employed them. These prices will be made available to the party and agreed upon before any services are committed to and any development or planning takes place. Failure to pay milestone payments may result in breach of contract and Pop Education reserves the right to suspend services until those payments are made.
